Short Course Description

This course is designed to provide students with a strategic view on what goes into building and scaling a technology startup. Through a mix of case studies and lectures from startup leaders from Israel?s ecosystem, students will learn about the successes and failures of companies and explore the key factors that contributed to their outcomes. Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to explore the different roles within a startup, from marketing and product development to finance, sales and operations, providing them with a better understanding of the various career paths available in the startup world.
