Short Course Description

על מנת להוביל בזירה התחרותית והדינאמית של ימנו, יזמים, עובדים וחוקרים נדרשים ליצור פתרונות חדשים על מנת לפתור אתגרים טכנולוגיים, חברתיים וסביבתיים. ניצול רעיונות חדשים מסוג זה הוא מפתח ליזמות וחדשנות.
בקורס זה סטודנטים ילמדו כיצד לנווט במסע הרעיון על מנת להוביל תהליכי יזמות וחדשנות. במסע זה, רעיונות מתפתחים ממושגים ראשוניים ועמומים לקונספטים מוגדרים וברורים יותר שניתן לחלוק עם אחרים ולקדם הלאה.
תוך חשיפה לשלבי מסע הרעיון השונים , סטודנטים ילמדו על זיהוי הזדמנות /אתגר, העלאת רעיונות, הערכת ובחירת רעיונות , תיקוף (ולידציה ) של רעיונות , ושיתוף של הרעיונות הלאה. הקור ס יכלול תיאוריות מרכזיות ומחקר הרלוונטי למסע הרעיון היצירתי, יזמות וחדשנות , ויציג תובנות מרכזיות וכלים פרקטיים לעובדים , מנהלים ויזמים.
