Short Course Description

צוותי חדשנות ויזמות נמצאים בחזית הפיתוח הטכנולוגי ויצירה של פתרונות חדשים לבעיות יומיומיות. בקורס זה הסטודנטים ילמדו כיצד להקים, לנהל ולהוביל צוותי יזמות וחדשנות. הם ילמדו על התהוות הצוות היזמי (בניית צוות ובחירת האנשים הנכונים), הרכב הצוות היזמי (מבנה הצוות, השונות בצוות, חלוקת תפקידים ותחומי אחריות), תהליכי הצוות היזמי (דינמיקה בצוות, תקשורת, קבלת החלטות, ניהול קונפליקט ואמון) וביצועי הצוות היזמי (תפוקות, מדדי הצלחה ליזמות וחדשנות). בנוסף, נדון בנושאים רלוונטיים לניהול והובלה של צוותי יזמות וחדשנות בסביבה רב-דיסציפלינרית, רב-תרבותית ועבודה בסביבה היברידית. הקורס יכלול תיאוריות מרכזיות ומחקר הרלוונטי לניהול צוותים, יזמות וחדשנות, ויציג תובנות מרכזיות וכלים פרקטיים לעובדים, מנהלים ויזמים.
