Short Course Description

The course focuses on the analysis of monopoly behavior as well as the behavior of firms in strategic interactions. In addition to the weekly lectures, an important components of the class is the home assignments: the problem sets, which will be uploaded to the course?s website, will provide you with the opportunity to practice the tools introduced in class. The problems will not be easy and will require a significant investment of time on your part, but in our opinion solving these problems is necessary for the understanding of the studied topics. The final exam will consist of 3-4 problems of the same type.
