Short Course Description

This course deals with issues in the financial management of corporations, emphasizing the understanding of "financial knowledge". The topics which are discussed in this course are: Interest rates and discounting, fixed-income securities, capital budgeting in a certain and uncertain environment, asset pricing, and capital structure.
