Short Course Description

The course is designed for graduate students in biology who are interested in expanding their knowledge and skills in programming and computational biology. The course combines hands-on sessions in Python language with understanding computational models and analysis of biological data, such as sequence analysis, mathematical models of biological processes, visualization of results/observations, and statistical analyzes.

Students will work on their own projects with instructors supervision.
